Schulz Bräu Brewing Company specializes in authentic German lagers and ales and has some seriously delicious food on the menu! They serve beer at their on-site taproom, in their dog-friendly Beirgarten, and also distribute across Knox county and surrounding counties.
One reviewer described it as, “Best micro in ktown hands down! Maybe the whole state. The barrel aged beers are at level that they have no equal. The taste is something that’s so good if you have a bucket list, drinking this beer should be on it.”

They brew all of their beer on site and work on creating a menu that encompasses as much of the craft beer culture as possible. They serve up everything from cutting edge brews to more traditional IPA’s.
